Our coverage of the ceremony is seamless and complete, beginning with the arrival of your guests and continuing through the most meaningful moments of your vows. Special attention is given to the grand entrance of the Bride and Groom, ensuring every emotion is beautifully preserved—from the ceremony itself to confetti celebrations and timeless family portraits.

The Reception

From elegant candid moments before your guests are seated to the formal speeches and celebrations that follow, we capture the atmosphere, emotion, and sophistication of your reception in its entirety—so nothing is missed.

Do you offer full-day wedding coverage?
 
Yes. We specialise in full-day coverage, allowing your wedding story to be documented seamlessly—from the calm anticipation of morning preparations through to the evening celebrations. Bespoke coverage is also available for intimate weddings and destination events.
 
How many images will we receive?
 
Depending on your chosen package, you can expect a carefully curated collection of approximately 200–700 fully edited images. Every photograph is individually refined to our exacting standards to ensure a cohesive and luxurious final gallery.
 
When will our photographs be delivered?
 
Your complete wedding gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks. A small preview selection will be shared shortly after your wedding, allowing you to relive key moments while your full collection is being prepared.
 
How will we receive our images?
 
Your images will be presented via a secure online link. Once downloaded you can share the high resolution images with your family and friends.
 
Do you provide RAW or unedited images?
 
We do not supply RAW or unedited images. The photographs you receive represent the finished artistic work, carefully edited in our signature style.
 
RAW files are incomplete working files and form part of our creative process. As such, they remain our property and are not released under any circumstances. This ensures the integrity, consistency, and quality of our work, and reflects our artistic vision.
 
Who owns the copyright to the images?
 
Copyright remains with us, as the creators of the imagery. This is standard practice within professional photography and allows us to protect the artistic integrity of our work.
 
You are granted a personal usage licence, which allows you to download, print, and share your images for personal, non-commercial use. We kindly ask that images are not altered, filtered, or edited in a way that changes their original appearance.
 
Can we request specific photographs?
 
Yes. We are always happy to work with a short list of meaningful moments or family groupings. Our aim is to balance these requests with a natural, unobtrusive approach that allows your day to unfold beautifully.
 
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding sessions?
 
Yes. Engagement sessions are available and offer a relaxed opportunity to become comfortable in front of the camera while creating elegant imagery ahead of your wedding day.
 
Have you photographed at our venue before?
 
We have photographed at many prestigious venues across the UK. If your venue is new to us, we conduct thorough preparation to ensure we identify the most flattering locations and lighting for your photographs.
 
Do you travel for weddings?
 
Yes. We photograph weddings throughout the UK. Travel within the Cotswolds is included, with destination weddings welcomed and quoted individually.
 
What happens if the weather is unpredictable?
 
We approach every wedding with experience and adaptability. Changing weather often creates beautifully atmospheric imagery, and we are fully prepared to work creatively in any conditions.
 
How do we secure our date?
 
Your wedding date is reserved once a contract is signed and a booking fee is received. As we accept a limited number of weddings each year, availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
What happens in the unlikely event you are unable to attend?
 
In the extremely rare event of an emergency, we have access to a trusted network of professional photographers of equal calibre to ensure your wedding is seamlessly captured on your big day.
